Novus orbis

This series is characterised by works that combine Renaissance art and artificial intelligence in the same image. In this work, artificial intelligen ce was used to create the background, within which St. Jerome is depicted, the only figure created analogically by the artist. The aim is to blend two extremely different artistic techniques to create a contrast that is invisible to the inattentive viewer, shedding new light on a technology that has been denigrated and contested in recent years. The painting depicts the Saint, symbol of rigour, study and Christianity, wandering in amazement throu gh a dazzling and confusing festival, representing the Dionysian and primary essence of the earthly world. The figure begins to merge with the outside world, adapting and dispersing the rigorous essen ce of the saint and becoming more and more one with the world and vice versa. Creating a non-dua lism, the same destiny of humanity with technology. This work is intended to be more of a premonition of the future than a snapshot of the contemporary world, representing a peaceful coexistence with our surroundings
